This Privacy Policy explains how ICROP TECNOLOGIA E CONSULTORIA AGRÍCOLA S.A. (CNPJ 22.543.496/0001-82) (“iCrop”, “we”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data of visitors and customers who access our websites, products, and digital services. We process personal data in accordance with Brazil’s LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018) and other applicable laws.

Data you provide: name, business e-mail, phone number, company and role, message contents (e.g., demo or support requests), event/newsletter sign-ups, and—where relevant—contract and billing details.
Data collected automatically: IP address, cookie identifiers, device and browser data (model/OS/language/version), timestamps, pages visited, referrers, and error/usage logs used to secure and improve our services.
Data from third parties: information from service providers, analytics/advertising platforms, and public sources, where permitted by law.

We may request proof of identity to process your request. You may also lodge a complaint with the ANPD. 10) Children and adolescents

Our services are not directed specifically to minors. Where children’s data is processed, we will do so with the appropriate legal basis and in the child’s best interests.
